The problem is that all costs for building, fielding, and maintaining the swarm also tends to increase exponentially with the number of members of the swarm.\u00a0\u00a0OneFish was explicitly designed for testing out a number of automated manufacturing techniques \u2013 looking for ways to leverage economy of scale in production of the drones.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"3073\" height=\"2004\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rumblefishrobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/longfish_on_dock_s2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-917\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>At present, the OneFish \u201cswarm\u201d only consists of the three-pictured drones, and an early concept pathfinder.
